Confuses me as well :) Looks like a troll suggestion at the moment:)

i see 2 reasons this might be possible.

1. it was just added in as a craft hat because it was at that level when bp.tf started

2. the suggestion was so old it does no longer show.

First suggestion (failed) was 2 years back - possibly one or both of the above statements could be true

Idiotic to create a price suggestion simply because the suggestion was made before backpack.tf started caching its prior price suggestions. It already has a price and no one has refuted it in the two years its existed. Your proof is poor regardless with only one actual sale and a strong lean on sellers along with a reliance on another third-party pricelist.

- The suggestion was created becuase I didn't see an existing suggestion at the time.

"Based on recent sales" You mean the 1 sale you included? You have 20 accepted suggestions. You should know that it takes more than a single sale to price a common item

Its price is still good after these two years, nobody even tried to change it, since it's kinda dumb.

This type of suggestions is for unusual items.

All craft hats were set to 1.33 like 1 or 2 years ago by admins.

2. You have only a single sale on a very common hat.

3. Sellers dont mean crap when trying to set a price

I Was Not looking:

I received the hat through an item trade - wanted to sell it off in the classifieds - saw that it was unpriced and decided to make a suggestion.

I took a quick sample of the market; I could probably add a few more sales;

Some of the comments above are really unwarranted; It's frustrating when experienced users make comments based on assumptions vs facts - When users stop listening to logic and reasoning and resort to sarcasm and insults - When users start turning into hypocrites - and are against users suggesting new prices "because that is the way things have always been".
