Summary:

3 trades on outpost currently, 2 with buyouts of 3 buds, 1 with a buyout of 2.5 buds

1 sold for roughly 2.2 buds after overpay after having a buyout of 3 buds

1 sold for ~ 2.6 buds after having a buyout of 3 buds

Conclusion

3.4 buds is basically impossible to get for this hat now with all trades with buyouts of 3 buds or lower

Even then when the buyout has been lowered to 2.5 it has been almost a week without a sale

So lower the price to 2.2 buds (lowest sale) - 2.6 buds (highest sale price, lowest unsold buyout price)
