Yes, it's a large range because I'm not exactly sure how to attack this situation. There are 2 clean and 2 duped in existence.
Only current non-duped on the market has a B/O of 100 buds with a 62 bud unusual offer as C/O: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18719890

The other dup just recently sold for an It's a Secret Team Captain valued by bp.tf as 52-57 buds. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18708879
These prices are only for the duped version, though, as the non-duped hasn't sold yet except for once for around 20 buds from the original owner who didn't seem to realize it's true value. Only other clean one is owned by Levi( http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198065813459 ) who is a known shark and has no access to any trading sites to track if he is trying to sell it and at what price. He also sharked it from it's original owner.
For reference, Burning is currently valued at 155 and Scorching at 99. Roboactive is a god-tier effect in the same league as those effects.

If there is a clean one on the market, you can't base the price off of duped once. Sorry, I'll have to downvote.
And it may take 2-3 months before the clean one is ever sold again. At the least, this suggestion is here to make sure the values of these trades are archived.

Why does duped matter so much?
Because people like non-duped and all squeaky clean unusuals if they're going to keep them, so they'll pay extra for the clean ones.
It's actually the other way around for me. If I plan on keeping, I don't care if it's duped/gifted etc. I actually prefer it because I know I can get it cheaper. But if it's to resell, it matters more due to it's "value" in the eyes of others.
I guess, if people wanna collect, they wanna get the cleanest possible ^^ But yeah, I myself wouldn't care much about duped or not ^^
A 60-62 bud range would be more realistic here, considering the other guy was offered 62.
The secret TC is also very duped, it's more like 40
