This is suggestion for lower price, it doesn't need sold, b/o is enough.
That's partially wrong. It's been widely accepted now that at least one sold is required even when lowering the price of an unusual, at least where a sale can be found.
Except that you need unsolds in the range to provide proof of said range. There's only one unsold in the range and it's at neither 19 nor 22 keys.
There are 56 of this as the site says. It's obvious that current price is a little off but I think we can dig through a little more for solidifying the range =)

You can lower on buyouts.
The problem is that there's only one buyout within the range. If he could lower it based on one buyout, it would mean that the price would be at 21 keys. A better range would be 1.05-1.2 buds.
