            No he doesn't. Old effects on new hats don't. The rule is there because the new effects are really unstable but because old effects aren't unstable he does not need that even though it's a robo hat

            I had been working on a complete pricing guide for unusuals that was intended to give a full explanation for each rule with examples of exceptions, but the guide was running over 10 pages.... There are a lot of exceptions to different situations, and I have given up on providing examples for every one. We try our best to mirror what actually happens on the unusual market with our method of pricing and the reality is that there are no defined rules that apply to all situations as the unusual market is a dynamic / complex one. If you have any questions, you are welcome to post them in the forums.

                        Regarding the suggestion itself, both sales involved here are just too complex to use. It's not appropriate to use a trade involving 20+ buds in value to price an item worth only 4-5. While a difference of +/- 2 buds matters little when the hat is 20 buds in value, it matters a lot here. Some more defined sales will be needed to price this
