You need to apply overpay on the hats which is taking the mid range and multiplying it by 0.9. The TF logo would be 9.3 buds. The purple energy hat is outdated so that sale is invalid.

I've read you can as well take the lowest price for any hat?

Sales should be taken as 10, 10.2, and maybe 10.5. I think a range of 10-10.5 might work
