Price on the Shaman was 19 at the time. Bicorne was 6.5 at the time.
19-6.5= 12.5
Since the new seller hasn't had any decent offers, it looks as if it will be a very long time, if ever, that another sale will appear.

Plus bicorne and shaman use original values as per the website rules.

shaman is outdated, and is probably a bit lower then 19.
as well, im not sure about having 1 sale here, as it is on the market currently. The only times we have been making exceptions for these halloween effects includes that the hat not be on the market.
The Shaman is why this suggestion exists. I was going to price the shaman due to my #DeathToMiami, but I can't price the shaman without pricing this; and it's a 1/1 unpriced hat that only sold once.. I used the value of the shaman at the time. This is one of those situations in which I followed the rules to the best of my ability but cannot meet them all.
We are reluctant to price new hats based on a single sale but are willing to make exceptions on rare hats with one sale in a long time where the sale is very clear cut (pure sale). This just isn't a clear sale. Miami Shaman has a 5 month old price, and its price was 4 months old already at the time of the trade. Unless you can provide us with a mini suggestion of the value of the shaman 1 month ago (its price might have been different then, than it is now), this is just too iffy of a sale.
And the bicorne has a year old price which is just way too old
