Needs a Minor Bump
Sales
Sale 1
http://imgur.com/2HX9ffR
1:1 with a GBH Whopee, owner of the tyrant's helm offered owner of the Whopee so no overpay is taken into account here.
Whopee is priced at 5.1-5.2 Buds <---- http://backpack.tf/vote/id/533a62084dd7b8be328b477f
Sale 2
Tyrant was also sold for a Cloudy Moon Bonk
http://imgur.com/hsUVcz5
Cloudy Moon Bonk at the time of the trade was ~5.5 Buds as opposed to 5 now
So there are two ways of doing this using the two different prices
Using price of Bonk at the time of the trade.
5.5*1.1=~6.1
6.1-(11.95/19.5)= ~5.5 Buds = Value of Tyrants in this trade using the pricing at the time.
Using price of the Bonk as it is now
5*1.1=~5.5
5.5-(11.95/19.5)=~4.9 Buds= Value of Tyrants in the trade using current pricing
Because I'm not sure what to do in the situation above, I use the midrange of the two prices. Which is 5.2
Sale 3
http://imgur.com/2p9pBlv
Bought for a Bubbling Juju + 3 Buds + 5 Keys
Applying overpay to the Juju.
1.9*0.9= ~1.7 Buds
+ 3 Buds + (5/19.5)= ~5 Buds
Bubbling Juju is a 1 year old price, there's a b/o of 1.4 for 2 weeks: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18653374
Low-end is wrong, at least .4+ off.

Resuggest with the corrected range or PC the juju?
Hmmm, I'll see how this it goes I might just take it out competely, because I'm pretty sure 2 solds is enough proof a
We don't factor reverse overpay and we always use current values if the previous value was outdated at the time of the sale.
So for the moon bonk, at the time of the sale, the price on the website was 9 months old. Just too old to use. The current price of 5 is certainly more representative. And you shouldn't factor reverse overpay even if the tyrants was offered. Take that trade as 1:1 at a value of 5. With the addition of 11 keys and wrap, that sale is closer to 4.5. A range of 4.5-5 seems like it might work here. The juju sale would also fit in that range
