your first trade shows it sold for those two unusuals, but it did not show any sweets that may have been added.

your second trade shows it sold for 3, but it could have sold with sweets.

I checked their inventories and no major sweets were added that I could find. Otherwise I would include them.

This hat gets almost no offers after weeks of being up. Of course they are going to jump after the first ok offer they get. Also,, I trade unusuals regularly and people don't really care about duping unless if the hat is worth a lot / is rare. Don't see why it should matter for 4 bud hats.

Duped hats cannot be used to drop a price of a hat only raise it.

Basically, yes this hat needs a price drop, but the suggested price is a bit too low. Older sales went for more than recent ones, and there are some hats with outdated prices involved. 5 buds for this hat is definitely not going to happen any time soon, but 2.9 buds was for a duped one, so it is too low to be part of the range.
