No point in including sellers at a higher price. That just shows that they will not sell for that. If you cannot find solds at a higher price, then obviously it's not selling for a higher price, meaning it doesn't need a price bump.

Then it doesn't need a bump. If you could find solds at a higher price your suggestion would pass. Maybe 5-10 solds should do, I can look for some real fast.

If the solds are commonly from bots, they'd be hard to track. I havent bought orange in large amounts for a few weeks now, but I for one am not willing to wait hours for a 2.33 trade with a trader who responds to show up.

For instance, on OP, there's a 2.33 and 2 Ref seller. Both have retracted adds and are unbumped.

SCM isn't usually a reliable source since people sell for a variety of prices. Plus its a rule that you must have at least a couple of solds to raise an item. You don't have to just use trade tf. You can use this fine website here and outpost and bazzar to find solds. Put more effort in it.

I try to use trade.tf, because I cannot find solds using bp.tf or outpost, but there are too many SCM links.

I couldn't find solds. And what I'm trying to show is that nobody sells this paint for 2.33. Sellers @ 2.33 are new and/or poorly bumped. 2.33 ref for that paint is like a quicksell...

You still need sales to raise the price of an item.

While I can confirm that 2.33 isn't always easy to find, 2.66 flat or 2.33-2.66 as a range would probably fit better. I also dont represent the market, so I might just be unlucky with when I buy my paint.

Only TF2OP sold I could find, using trade.tf. I also saw a few 2.66 listings from bp.tf that are no longer listed, but I dont know how to link to the trade.tf listing directly.

It's not reliable to use shops for the bulk of your proof. Most of those trades have been up for a long time and the sellers constantly change their prices. You don't know when they last sold one and for how much. You will need more solds on trades like this:
