There seems to be so many buyers @ 3-3.66 for it to go unnoticed, there was nobody buying @ 4+ ref or anyone being able to sell past 4 ref

But that's a cosmetic, and this is a common weapon drop.

I sold it for 4.25 on outpost ... but I think you should bring it down to 2.33 because of the AWper and the Sharp Dresser

Sold a few earlier today for 3.33. Got dozens of invites within a minute. 3-3.66 is definitely a massive quicksell at the moment. Either that or it will take a few more days until a more reasonable suggestion can be made. Neutral for now.

Someone found this in a server, and if it can randomly drop, it won't be as valuable as other reskins. So downvote, give it some time first.

Some hats are drops doesnt lower their value at all e.g the kringle can drop they're worth so much due to the rareness of the drop

Rarity is not always what makes an item expensive. It's demand. You can be in possesion of a rare item, but that item may not be worth much at all, despite being "rare".

Yep, my friend found this, eventually this will drop down in price to 0.05 as it is craftable and droppable. Give it some time, it was only released 2 days ago haha

Yeah, I added that they were outliers because of that. Even when those aren't listed, the prices are all over the place. People will pay anything to get one, so I say we give this weapon time to stabilize. Everything at a key and under will sell fast, so as soon as that dies down, a price can be set.

Hmm... seeing how the Sharp Dresser, AWPer Hand, Maul, and Three-Rune Blade all stabilized at around 2.33 (or 2.66 in the Maul's case), I think that would be a much better price if we put it there at 2.33 Ref as well. I mean, it's craftable like all of these weps, so it shouldn't be above their prices. Sorry bud, gonna have to downvote.

I agree with that statement, but I don't see the reason we should start if off with a higher price when it will inevitably drop. Lets save a little time and price it where it will end up.

Do not compare it to the AWPer, compare it to the Original, cuz that is what it is, just another reskin but with no new effect, dropping regularly... and it doesn't look that good...This will drop continuously until it's like 0.33.. and then stop for a little while

Sold one for a key yesterday. I'm going to wait to see what happens. I got 2 adds in like less then 20 secs. Ill'l wait and see how it goes during the week, too early imo so i'm going to downvote for now.

Judging on the current status of the fortified compound; your price is too low, and the item is too new, for a stable price to be set, in my opinion.

It's in the drop system, this will be half a scrap in no time, just like the Original.

There's more solds at 4 refs than the actual high-end price.

I think its a tad too early to set a price for this. While i think you're right with the prices (ive sold 4 at 3 ref each and all were sold within 5 minutes of posting) i think it should be lower just because of the fact that it puts too much profit to be made from crafting sniper primaries (awp and now the compound). i think its clear that the awp will drop to around 2 ref, but i think the bow should settle around 2.33 to replace the awp. If a price is set too early on this item it will leave a significant profit to be made on anyone who decides to spend the .44 ref to craft a sniper primary.

I think this item must be in same price like sharp dresser and AWPer , while it's new weapons in game most people just want to earn some money from others, thats all, the real price is not so high anyway!

It's not going to stabilize at ~2.33 ref like the Sharp Dresser, AWPer Hand, or Maul because unlike those, the Fortified Compound is in the drop system so it should be compared with the Original and Hue Long Heater who are now sold for 1 scrap.

First of all you counter yourself, you have more sales at 4 than 3.66 and all those buyers at 3 actually show 3 is a quicksell and shouldn't be in range

I got 1 in drop yesterday, I posted on outpost I want offers and here I posted as 4.66, I have 4 adds in ~1 minute and when I told 1 of them I have other buyers he just said fuck it and offered a key

I'd say that your range is way too low, especially with sales above and buyers at low end which actually disapprove it

I was using the quicksells as a low and the usual sales (average) as a higher end so it didn't have an ugly range like 4-6 ref range

You people do realize that in possibly a months time this will be as common as the regular huntsmen, right? I understand that you wanna sell it at the highest prices possible, but people are going to wait until it becomes a common item before actually purchasing it.

Seeing how you can obtain a Fortified Compound in item drops, the accessibility is higher compared to other promo weapons such as the AWPer Hand and the Sharpdresser. But for now as the demand is high, the price should fluctuate between 2.66-3.66 refined and should be no lower than 2-2.33 once the demand comes down. I seem to be able to buy them for 2 refined and then sell them easily for 2.66-3 refined.

Or maybe I'll be totally wrong and we might have it at .33-.66 .....

On an update note 21 hours after the war; there are a lot floating around on this price unsold for some hours but I haven't looked into it all that well
