http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18902637 - Sold 4 for 1 key 2 ref? he has 0 in his backpack, trade says 4 in stock, not quite sure
Offer:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14928920 - Declined 1 key
Less than a page on outpost, around 8 trades, some are new and sell for 1 key and some are trying to sell for more
Anything below 1 key is a quicksell and even 1 sells extremely fast
They also sell for much more in community market
I'll get back here when you proof me that 0.85 / anything below a key is a QUICKSELL, neutral.
0,85 is ~6 ref (if my math is right). This is my OP trade which I closed few days ago:

I managed to buy only 2 scouts killed parts in 2 months. Either I was unlucky or they were just impossible to get for that price. With barely 1 page on OP I am upvoting this.
Btw, I managed to sell one for a key, quite easy but it was ~10 days ago so not sure if valid -> http://i.imgur.com/TqvvqRL.png
0.85 is around 6.33, and your proof is good, also may I ask how long did it approximately to sell 1 for a key?
I guess I'm upvoting.
Had the buyer in around 1 day. Really didn't took much. :)
