This needs a price to be set up and I think it's the only item from the new update which has a pretty stabilized price atm.

i dont care what price you guys put it at that strange part makes no sense to me

Cosmetic parts have been around for a while, The cosmetics count points, so this is a filter from points to kills. On a server, you generally get say 15 kills but you have 25 points. It takes those 15 kills and puts them on the strange part along with the 25 points as points. If that makes any sense.
