I'd make it a range, but more sales be needed. Neutral.

With the 3 sellers selling for 2 keys and below, 2.5 is pretty much an outlier.

Ground Control Strangifier Chemistry Set : 2 rec ( need 3 strange items and 3 ref to make Strangifier ) --> 2 rec + 3 scrap + 3 ref = 4 ref

so u can easliy make strange item just for 7 ref. ( if chemistry dropped to u, it worth 6.66 ref)
