Judging from your sellers, 8 keys is an unsold, meaning that 9 and 10 keys really shouldn't be in your range anyway.

Well, you aren't doing price suggestions completely wrong. Unfortunately you are basing your prices on buyouts. Backpack.tf is supposed to track the prices at which the items are commonly traded though. For instance: Keys are sold at 7-7.66 ref. The key price is at 7.33-7.44 ref because the most of the trades happen there.

If you applied the rule on this item you'd have to actually find people who sold the item and ask them what they get for it...maybe they sold at 6 keys. Then the correct price would be 6 keys no matter what the current owners charge.

Thanks for the suggestion, but you'll need to set prices based on completed sales without killstreaks.
