Where does 14 keys come from? And there's no proof the 2nd one sold for that. It's a B/O, so you'd have to either show item or backpack history proof.

In regard to your second link, a BMOC was traded: http://www.tf2outpost.com/item/440,2470100921,666,6 but I don't know how you know that 4 keys were added. Backpack history shows more than 4 keys

I don't know where the 14 key low end comes from, since the BMOC sale (if it is accurate) is slightly more than that. The 24 key sale that is mentioned by Awezomenezz may be an outlier, considering the BO of only 1 bud currently on the market. Maybe you can add the person who sold for BMOC and ask how many keys was actually exchanged.
