New strangifiers came out. Collector's Phlog, Pretty Boy, and Carbine can become strange now on top of the pre-existing Pomson.

A bit more proof would be helpful in making a decision. Two does not seem enough especially with the wide range others have been providing. Neutral for now.

Based on comments (buyers at 5-6 for non-killstreaks) it looks like the range should be 4-6
