Both sales are invalid, the price of the N&B Tree is 8 months old and the Blizzardy Batters is 4 months old

Hats with a price older than three months aren't valid proof and if you want to use them then you need to either do a full update for the hat or provide a mini-suggestion to show that the price you used is still valid or to get a valid price to use.

Another thing to note is that you need to apply overpay to hats that are offered or in the case where it's not clear who offered. Overpay means you take the mid range price (for example, the trees mid price at 1.3) and multiply it by 0.9 giving 1,17 buds as the price of the tree for the purpose of the suggestion. If the hat you're pricing was offered then you don't need to do apply any overpay.

Might be a good idea to read through this if you haven't already.

The other ones didn't sell since the update so you have the only two valid sales. But the prices of the unusuals you used or too old so you have to update them or make a mini suggestion first (read the guide which was linked to you) to proof their current value.
