So looks like people want about 2 buds for it and people are offering about 1.7. I couldn't however find any confirmed sales, but i infer that if someone offers 1.7 and he wants 2, its gonna sale in that range.

you need sales to set a price, 2 sales, one for the high end and one for the low end, and if the range is to big. find another sale to determine which end was too much off.
You need two confirmed sales to price a new unusual hat/effect for the first time. Not B/Os and offers.
But offers are like sales, because someone is willing to pay that, the guy didn't accept though.
Thanks for the suggestion, but all suggestions for new hats require two sales to establish a range.
If the guy didn't accept a 1.6 offer, it might mean that 1.6 is too low.
