Two most recent sales, both by me, both occurred in the last week.
Bought mine for a burning fuka, he added exactly a bud in keys/sf's
(6.1-1)*0.9 with overpay that would be 4.59 -> 4.6 buds
Sold it for a cloudy moon big country, and I added 3.5 keys.
(4.8-0.15) = 4.7 rounded up

Both trades are screenshotted above. I know its only thumbnails but a quick look at our TF2outpost past trades can confirm the sales.

Its a question whether overpay should be applied or not to the second trade, as we negotiated over a trade window. I initiated the trade, but he ended up making the offer.
You should to be more accurate
If you offered on his hat, you don't apply overpay. If he offered on yours then you apply overpay.
Its somewhat subjective as it was done over a trade window, but he ended up making the offer, so should I close and resuggest at 4.2-4.6?
It's pretty close. Another one added small sweets for a dp brainiac, though that was only conservatively lowered so it shouldn't really be used. Still another sale that's probably close to your range. Surprising how few there are on the market
