Edit: So both of your "around 4" sales are actually closer to 3 buds? Maybe a range with 3-4 buds is better (well needs more concrete proof for that).

I don't see how dupes really change the price, I don't count that as 3 buds. More like 3.5-3.6~

He added 6 keys which is ~0.3 buds and since the modest is ~3.45 buds the price comes out to 3.15. If you discount a bit because it's duped and round a bit you get 3 buds. :P

The second link didn't sell for 4 pure. It was sold for PE tree

Since I can't comment up there, I don't count dupes as too much lower. Not to the extent of 0.5~ buds at least.
