So please have no mercy and tell me each thing I did wrong so I can improve, so let's go.

So there aren't many on the market, considering that there are only 14 in existence (I owning one but not selling it)

And there are no sellers.

Guess this is not a good beginning for price suggesting but I wanted to give it a shot and because the price was old.
