I was offered this on my Blizzardy Storm Softcap and he later added me back after selling it for 1 bud. I asked what it was bought for initially and I was told 1 bud. So two sales of 1 bud, proof in the screenshot of this chatlog.

Hmm well i fucked up, should have double checked it actually sold and here it is on outpost with the same owner. Got a bit too excited about being first to price an unusual safeguard that I didn't do much verification.
