This one is quite tricky to price, please read everything to understand my choice completely
Proof:
Sellers/Sales at 1.3 keys:

Sales at 1.4 keys:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19070316 - 2 hours
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18859897 - ~1.55, sold at least 1, the 1 on trade sold, stock says 2 has 1 in backpack
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17774384 - ~1.55, has an added comment 5 days ago, the one who wrote that has almost 0 kills in his strange your eternal reward
There's less than a page on outpost (15 trades...)
Around half are trying to sell for 1 key 4 ref or more, some are probably successful but it's not documented so it cannot be used
The other half is people who don't understand it's real value and try to sell it for backpack price, aka 1.3 keys
Most of them are young and if not, have either sold or had offers around that pretty quickly
I'm thinking about 1.4 because there's another B/O of this on Classifieds (1 of them is the one who sold for 1.4) and also because 1 of the ~1.55 probably happened and we can't know for sure
I'm considering this as a conservative bump since finding 1 for 1.3 is possible but will probably be snatched before you manage to get it
Keep in mind that most sellers barely bump their trades and it's a very very small market
Needs more proof
There are 15 trades on outpost with like 5 or more B/O's of ~2 keys, or at least much above 1.4 keys
Find any proof supporting anything and then we'll talk
Links? Don't just say, show it
Your logic is in SERIOUS problems
I try to suggest 1.3 - 1.4 keys, of course 2 keys unsolds would help, NO, just NO
I can link you to the search on outpost so that you can see for yourself there are no trades but you should be able to do it by yourself
Since there are only 15 links I examined every single one
The results are that around half are trying to get more than 1.4 keys, some are probably successful but it's not documented, such as there's no comment saying added, he might've sold but we'll never know if it's recent (talking about mess sellers)
Since you have troubles going to outpost and click on the "Search" button

I bought one for 1 key a few days ago
You linked to my outpost trade - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18859897
Outpost usually only shows you a tiny fraction of the actual trading activity. I had 3 or 4 recent sales for 1 key + 4 ref.
http://i.imgur.com/4jgiN0o.png - direct sale
http://dispenser.tf/shop_log/1005/?page=2& - some bot sales
I leave most of my stock of these on Steam Market or on dispenser.tf, so you won't see it all in my inventory, which makes it hard to see how many I'm selling, unfortunately.
BTW, many of these older strange parts are actually being sold for much higher than the bp.tf price now (e.g. demomen killed, soldiers killed, etc).
It's supply and demand. The supply entering the market is really small, because people don't often unbox those old crates. Bp.tf stats page shows only about 10-15 being unboxed each week. That tends to make them hard to find and pushes up the price.
Thank you for verifying your sales
Even though my suggested price is excluding your sale (wanted it to be conservative, wasn't sure if you sold...) it helps showing it needs a bump
