Most free 2 play players don't even offer up to that much. They beg and try to give you junk or try to promise you items after you give it to them.
These sell for much more then the range you are providing.
If you read the rules you would have noted that suggestions are meant to suggest a price an item is currently going for in trades. Please don't just skip over rules when they are shown to you before you hit accept.
