He had no b/o though. In my experience, when you don't state a price, people tend to avoid offering. That doesn't mean much. When he did post it for 1.6, it went instantly.

But would this sale be enough for a mini suggestion for the other unusual?

I think the answer to that question is to see how the sale fits over there. Man, 1.4 on the escorter seems about right and this seems about right too, but given the sale on the dixie... My personal bias is to accept both, but I just can't see how I can objectively justify that. The dixie sale could be much higher which would bring into question whether it's valid to use 1.4 since it's based on this quicksell.
