only traceable sale i could find recently, also in advanced, SSJ3 sold his in less than a day for 3 so the veil also needs a bump,

This is still wrong probably wrong. There was a rejected offer of 11.3 pure on a trade 2 weeks ago.

And let me be clear on "retracted offers." We use offers all the time as proof in suggestions. If an offer was made a month ago, chances are the hat has been sold and the offer is no longer a current one. This does not mean the offer should not be included as Vince excluded from the previous suggestion. If the offer was a valid one at the time, it should be included. Invalid retracted offers are ones where the offerer changes his mind immediately. When you add him for a good offer, he feels he is overpaying and immediately retracts or is "tentative." How do you differentiate valid and invalid retracted offers? This is a subtle distinction that needs to be assessed in the context of the comments in the trade.

Well, that is 2 sales on the fed, so I'm not necessarily opposed to 9. But just look at the number of offers in pure elsewhere:
