My only question is, are gifted buds considered 17 keys by a majority or are you making a guess? (Sorry I don't know much about buds.)

Huh, just realised the "dirty price" is actually for uncrafteable, not gifted. Didn't even know those existed. Meh, I'll wait for a mod's response as I'm unsure on this

It was I who made the last purchase. The seller seemed like he was quickselling it in my opinion. I made what I felt was a fair offer but, that was well over 2 months ago for that last sale. Not sure if that has any bearing on this hat which is 1 of 1, and most likely will never be sold again. But, I think your price is pretty accurate. =)
