both the napper's and tyrannus' price are outdated, nappers by 4 months and slug by a year. you need to provide evidence of their value before you can use them as valid sales.
your only valid sale is 24 keys which is 1.2 buds, so that should definitely be in the range. after overpay (you take the midrange value and *0.9) the other 2 sales would be ~1.6, so 1.2-1.6 would be the right range, if either of those prices is still accurate and you can prove it.
Yup. I think you are right on. There is also a current b/o at 1.5
