Your sold uses an old price (the o fire Degroot). The guy with the 1.1 B/O says he "really needs keys", so it seems like he's trying to quicksell it. Downvoted until more proof is found. You can do better.

I don't have 1.1 in the range because it's probably a QS - yeah.
