not rly enough proof nor recent proof, and for the one u bough u payed than u said and the party phantom is outdated, plus overpay needs to be taken into acc, even if he said he "didnt want overpay" also the if the price was true than the quicksale would have already sold and the 3 bud b/o which is low end would have prolly sold aswell :/ gotta downvote

Yeah same. If someone offered this on my hearts beret I wouldn't take it, and it's "worth less".
As others have pointed out, your links involve several outdated hats. You need to update those before pricing this--we can't base new prices off old ones
Even if the seller didn't want overpay, you can't give your items full value. Pure is worth more than items simply because of liquidity, regardless of how the seller counted them.
