Bought mine for a Kill a Watt Pyromancer's mask(3.3) Proof: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19096390

3.1 x 0.9= ~2.8. Sold for 2.8 both times with overpay

Also adding on that both KaW Pyromancer and Ghosts Hoodie have an outdated price.

second one had a B/o of 2/8 and after overpay it should be 2.8 swell 2.8 flat would be better
