While it is indeed difficult to find a specific price range for the Unique Criminal Cloak, I believe that 4.33 - 4.66 Refined would be a sufficient "starting" price range.

It makes sense that this item does not have a price yet, as it was recently released. As well, people are trying to sell them for a much higher price due to their low-craft numbers.

If you open the Trade.tf link below, it shows that the median price that this item was sold for is around 4.44 Ref. As well, if you look at the graph that has the trading details of this item (accurate to the day), it showed that the price fluctuated quite a bit when it was first introduced into the TF2 market. Yet as it nears the more recent dates, all three sets of data (median, maximum, and minimum prices) seem to steady out from a range of about 4.33 - 4.55.

Once again, I realize that it is difficult to pinpoint a price range for this item, but hopefully the proof above can help set a defined price for people to sell for instead of just asking for offers.

You can improve by providing solds at the price you are suggesting. You can't just make up prices from air.

You need solds when making price of an unpriced item/raising a price of an item.

This suggestion is literally a bunch of rambling about non sense then 3 trades that have nothing to do with this one and aren't even "low crafts"except for one, then unsolds at random prices

You don't need unsolds for an unpriced item. You need sales.
