Nothing but unsolds and extremely low offers, this one's price is out of date. Like the rest of the nuts and bolts its a cancer.
I'm sorry about the reposts but theres no way to delete these things.
I went and got the screenshot of the offer since more "proof" was necessary, and no recent sales exist.

Thats the chat log of someone offering this hat for a ks strange pan, which was listed at 14 keys.
TLA stormy and http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19180830 this trader are the same person since the hat is passed back and forth between the two. I didn't want to whip this out during my first go around because its a privacy issue. But I guess its necessary.
So there you go, the thing is so hard to get rid of, its possibly being dumped. At the very least the price is out of date.

Friend got offer trying to buy item well under a bud using this hat.
Came here to price check it, and at first it seemed like a good trade because of the out of date price, but when I dug further, not good at all.
Cancer effect has made it very hard to resell, no matter how rare it is. Being a robot beanie probably doesn't help its popularity.

The evidence is very bare. You need a certain amount of solds to change a price (which u havent provided proof for even one). And the price jump from 20keys to 14 is a huge jump. For something like that to happen to you need more convincing proof. Your screeenshot of the chat literally proves nothing, since it doesnt say something direct like 'I wish to trade my NnB Boron Beanie for your KS s.Pan'. It could have been a conversation about him buying a regular pan for a hat from what has been discussed (not clear enough).
No, you can infer based on the evidence, he has no other unusuals at all. So what would he be offering worth an S.pan? He has no other hats of value, and well, its a pretty far stretch to claim I'd be here posting this if something else were offered instead.
This is a nuts and bolts cancer with an unusually high price, which doesn't reflect its value on the market, its behaving as expected for a cancer robot beanie, no one can sell it. So the current price listed here is problematic, it will just leave the next guy holding the bag on this one.
You cant infer anything about that pic, it doesnt even say 'strange pan', it says 'got the pan?' (doesnt say what pan). You cant infer something with nothing to back it up. From what i see it could be a conversation about trading a craft hat for a regular pan, i dont see anything there to indicate anything about a 'strange pan for unusual boron beanie' (only words that i see are 'pan' and 'hat')
Of course you can infer that. What pans does he have on sale, a strange kill streak pan, thats the ONLY pan he has on sale. What hat does that person have that's worth anything, the only hat he has that's in the range is his only unusual. Why would the seller tell him to wait while he ponders the price... nothing other than an unusual needs that kind of research on price or would even be considered as a valid item pay. I mean seriously, just use logic and just a little detective work, its not hard.
Beyond that its actually worse, since I screwed up when I said the pan was 14, it was 12 keys 4 ref.... so thats how far this cancer has fallen.
