Downvote, would you like to give 1 reason why he is "quickselling" and not just quickselling. btw, he even didnt sell it so the price cant be 8 buds when it isnt even sold for that.

If someone is selling lower than the current suggested value, then obviously the current range isn't accurate, this is why you don't need solds when lowering an unusual. This is why Milkspy, you should read the rules before making mindless statements like those.

I don't really understand what you asked, If you meant, if someone is selilng below the listed price over a week or so yes you should be able to make a suggestion based on that.
