It's a first gen effect, you only need one sale. It's also the only sale with this hat, because the previous owner unboxed it.

But say there is a summer effect hat, like miami nights, Even if it is 1 of 1, you'd still need 2 sales, 1 of 1 has nothing to do with it. The fact that it's first gen does.

It's literally just the bone + a third degree + a green fila tho... I would give a long speech about something on how global warming plays a part in the theme that I just made up for my head warmer that makes it better than his hat but that wouldn't excuse it from being less in value. I can't even use 1 of 1 to defend myself ;-;.
