Offered on 10+ quickbuy trades asking for 30 keys, then 25, then 24, 23, 22, 21 until I found a buyer. Unfortunately don't have the time to scourge through Outpost looking for them since all my posts were hidden. I firmly believe that if that many people turn down offers for a hat which is being sold for 50%+ off (when they ask for 20-30% off at minimum), then the hat's price is stupendously off.

quick buys don't count. And where is 1 bud coming from? You sold for 21 keys.
If people are rejecting a hat which is trying to be sold at 50%+ off list price (when at minimum the ask for 20-30% off), then doesn't that suggest that the price is extremely off?
It does, but quicksells still don't count. And that still doesn't explain where 1 bud comes from.

No sales in the past few months that I'm aware of except mine. Makes it hard to gather proofs
2 sales is only for new prices, not for updating prices.

When a mod feels like handling it (a bit more complex :P).
They Accept or Close it when they feel like it. Usually if the proof is really solid, it gets accepted almost around the time 100 people vote. I posted this and went to sleep, woke up and it was accepted. http://backpack.tf/vote/id/5350b1cb4dd7b867028b45b6

If there is something in the suggestion up for debate, it will take some time to decide. If a mod can't decide, they look at the community votes and comments to use what they think and what they think to decide what to do. DO YOU UNDERSTAND NOW?
