Killstreaks are not valued, so I could make an argument that it is invalid (Killstreak kits are arbitrarily priced).

The other one... There are three ToD tickets. He could have bought some with the remaining key. Tracking keys...

Well, unfortunately for me, the trail goes cold at the ticket seller. I can not locate amongst four pages of keys (and those in history) [KC]'s key...

If anything, I purchased one a while ago and sold it instant at 19keys (~30mins) so I guess 1bud(19-20keys) sell good and it does not need a bigger drop! :-D
