          I really don't mind either giving this a range or setting it flat at 1 key + 2 ref. In these situations I go with the community vote which was much stronger for 1.3 flat: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/534c64b04dd7b8646d8b4574


          People will always sell for above and below bp.tf price, and it seems that 1.3 is a decent representation of the most common trade point.
