The first guy is selling for 15 because of white paint, without the paint, its 14, the second guy is selling for 14-15, therefore the range suggested

Correct me if im wrong, but the price of unusuals isnt affected by Paint. Also, you need solds, not sellers.

He just charges half price for the paint anyways there ain't any solds I found but I bought mine for 13.5 keys when it was 13 keys and with the team spirit paint worth a key at half price as well

Find solds. Look at item history and find what people sold theirs for. You can't base a price on sellers who haven't sold yet.
