It can be argued either way, unfortunately. It falls well into 'reporting sale' territory, being first gen effect on a new hat and being a reasonably high value trade that is unlikely to be seen again on the market. While the first trade can easily be discarded as a low outlier, the second trade went down so quickly that there's not enough information to establish whether it's a high outlier or not. With this kind of situation that can easily be argued either way, it ultimately falls into the community's hands. No dissenting comments and well voted, accepting.
