Please know that this is my first actual price suggestion.

Being sold for around 23-25 keys, and the price of 19-20 keys has been there for quite some time (a whole year!)

Other websites like Dispenser.tf, Warehouse, Bazaar, Trading post all had either the same user's post, the trade was close/locked, or not found there.

Please don't put any negative or hate comments, I'd just appreciate if it were to be a "hey you can improve on this" kind of thing. There weren't that many people that are trying to sell this hat w/ effect in all of the websites I've checked up on.
