According to the comments, Mousan offered a C9 Rifleman and DP Softcap.

Which is 4.6 with overpay.

However B/O was set at 4, and cannot exceed it...so he does have a sale at 4. Be legit then. Took a week to sell even.

Miami is right after Dead Presidents for the summer effects in my book but I wouldn't go out of my way to get one.

I would prefer a Miami Nights Unusual over a C. Heart Unusual
