2. the other hat i priced it at 6.5 as that is the highest offer i could find on it ( that offer was rejected by the owner)

There are PLENTY of people selling the T-W Das at 3.5 and 4 without much success. Miami Grime isn't even priced yet, and you're using one offer to value it.
so if someone offered 7 buds on your an unusual but they didnt want that, the unusual would be lower then 7 buds? O_o
People have different valuations and preferences. Him rejecting the bomber could very simply be due to the fact that he doesn't want it. Besides, that offer is one month old. Show me a trade which he rejected 6.5 buds pure recently and I'll stay quiet.
