The Orb. Firre Tyrant and the Terrorwatt Private Eye is outdated. You cant use it as proof unless you update it or provide a mini suggestion.

Range might even be a tad high given the private eye is a new effect and outdated. Still, better than current and probably not so far off. Going with the votes
