It was the Salty, an Ebenezer, and a Key
And I bought that Salty with a BMOC< gifted Black Bills, and two keys.
If it was the Salty, Ebenezer and a Key, that would make it 18 keys, which is still 0.9 buds.
Since there is no price on a gifted Bill's Hat, there is really no point in stating that unless you can show me several sales for them.

Me owning this hat has been crazy. Bought it for A Blizzard SnS + 3 keys. I feel Ive made a wise choice on purchasing. Its a nice hat. Great Job on the vote too!
