http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18554582 Collector buying for 4 keys, seems to have bought at least one and there's a second willing seller waiting for him to get more keys. In addition, there's a person in the comments who was willing to buy a collector's pain train from OP for 5 keys, but OP didn't accept.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19264103 Selling for 5 keys, someone added for this price in pure.
In conclusion, it's possible to buy for 4 but there are also willing buyers at 5 keys.
If a quickbuyer is willing to pay 4 I don't think it should be in the range tbh.
If the two people selling to him for 4 keys make up half the market then I think it deserves a place in the range.
I do believe he had it up for 5keys before. Unsure when he reduced it.
The first seller asks how much he's buying it for, and the OP replies "4 keys, as it says in the description ". That was 2 days ago, so he reduced the price before then. The second seller posts after this, so he's agreeing to the 4 key price.
