              The Awper hand is a re-skin if the normal sniper, should it be a reclaimed or 2? The Sharp dresser is a re-skin if the normal knife, should it be a reclaimed or 2? The answer to both is obviously no. So there is no reason why the Fortified Compound should be a reclaimed or 2 either.
