Pretty much a range from sales. Not many sales to go by but this should suffice to update this.

Why not 3 flat? People are paying more than 3 buds despite the buyout

That can't be helped. If someone has a clear price in pure that he would accept and someone overpays that, the value of the sale shouldn't be more than the price. And I don't see any reason to discredit the 2.8 sale, so yeah.
