Recently sold one for a S.Festive sandvich (6 keys, stable price) and 4 seasonal keys (slightly more expensive than regular keys).

There are none other for sale on Outpost. BP.TF Classifieds, or Bazaar.tf.
Steam Market: http://steamcommunity.com/market/listings/440/Collector%27s%20Sandvich
April 11th sale $21.78
April 9th $23
April 7th $24.72
April 4th $20.76
Keys are approximately 2.40 on steam market. So with 2.40 I could buy a key, or equivalence in items. The lowest selling Collector's Sandvich sold on the market for ($20.76 / $2.40 = 8.65 keys). The highest selling sold on market for $24.72 / $2.40 = 10.3 keys).
Current asking prices on the market are $27.87, $27.96, $28.00. So nothing below ($27.87 / $2.40 = 11.6 keys.)
So the current price of 6 keys is way off base.
You can't use SCM, if I'm correct.
only valid as supporting proof
Steam market is unreliable as proof, maybe only for supporting a price.
SCM Says $27.87 for the lowest price and a key is $2.75 on the Mann Co. Store so keys should be 10.13 Keys when you divide the 2 numbers :P
only valid as supporting proof so ...
so ah downvote because you're pulling the low end out of nowhere
That would also conclude to the high price being 12.5 Exact Keys
as a note I'm looking at your 4 seasonal keys, and only one is worth more, the aqua summer key at 1-1.1keys. so taking the midrange, it's worth all of 1reclaimed and 1 weapon more than a normal key. (round down)
also if you're claiming they're more expensive than regular keys, than shouldn't your high end be higher than 10keys
1 sale is not enough. Dat range also looks funny to me judging from proof
Why am I getting downvotes? It's not like I am lying :p
You are basing your low end from what? SCM? Not valid proof, and if you say ~8keys is the lowest and 10keys the highest, isn't 10 an outlier then?

Even with a proper screenshot of your inventory history, it's obvious that your trade was an outlier

SCM is only valid as ancillary evidence--steam wallet is not equivalent to paypal
